Thank you for your interest in Words to Sweat By™ products. Below is information about the payment, shipping, return policies, and customization. If you have any questions that aren’t addressed here, please feel free to contact us and we will return your message within 48 hours.

Payment

Payments are made through PayPal where you can use PayPal funds or pay by credit card. You do not need a need a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card. If you click on the credit cards next to the PayPal icon during checkout, you will be given the option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account.

Please note: All residents of CA are charged the appropriate sales tax.

Shipping

Items are currently only shipped within the United States as well as to Canada, Australia, and Europe. Orders are shipped within  10 calendar days after receiving payment and shipped via USPS first class. If you would prefer Priority Shipping please leave a note in the comments to seller and a Paypal invoice will be sent to you for the additional charges.

Delivery time frames will vary depending on the current delivery timing of the USPS and the location to which the package is being shipped. All items sent within the United States include delivery confirmation.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact our returns department if you’d like to make a return. All items must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was shipped. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. A refund will be issued within five business days after receipt of the returned item.

Exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days should you want to change the mantra or size you bought for a different one. The item for exchange must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was shipped. The buyer is responsible for all related shipping charges – returning the original item and having the new item sent.

International Shipping

The shipping pricing quoted is for packages sent within the United States and Canada. If you would like to ship to locations other than these two , please contact us and we can determine the shipping costs for your purchase.

Customization

We do not currently offer customization of any of the products.It also is important to note that the towels are intended for personal use or to be given as gifts. Each mantra on a towel is a copyrighted design and therefore may not be modified in any way in order to promote any type of business.
