Power Poses Aren’t Just For The Gym And Bodybuilding Competitions

Who hasn’t struck a pose in the mirror at some point? At the gym, at home, or even in the window while you’re out and about and think no one is looking?

I mean the “look at these guns” pose is popular not only while people are working out, but the interwebs are filled with images of women and men showcasing their posing talents. And those are just the ‘amateurs.’

For those in competitive bodybuilding, poses have be spot-on to obtain the highest marks.

But posing isn’t just for workout enthusiasts and competitive bodybuilders.

So the next time you want to feel more confident about a situation – strike a high power pose!
