Stick (It) To Your Workout Wednesday Starts Now

Words to Sweat by: Healthy. Strong. Happy

While I may not have been able to participate in December 5th’s #blogchat on Twitter, I did see some great tweets racing through my stream. One of these tweets, from Becky McCray, talked about a “Brag Basket,” which is a post dedicated to letting people share their good news relating to their blogs or their businesses.

This is a great concept and something I am going to start this week.  And in usual form, I have to add a little bit of sass therefore I’m going to call this post “Stick (It) To Your Workout.” It will be a dedicated post available every Wednesday where you can share your good news about your health and fitness goals.

The news can be large or small – just document anything that you feel good about that week relating to leading a healthy lifestyle. It is also a great time to support others.

I look forward to learning more about your successes and continuing to motivate you however I am able.

  1. Dana, this is a great adaptation of the brag basket idea. Like a workout plan, sometimes you have to stick with it to make a community post like this work. Don’t give up if no one comments at first, or if you have a few weeks with no replies. Stick with it!
