Just last week it was the time of year where we all take a look back at what worked and what we think we could improve. So while not technically a New Year’s resolution, there are going to be some changes for the Words to Sweat by blog in 2011.
Last year, each month carried a overarching theme with the “Mantra of the Month” which was fun but sometimes hard to maintain, especially when there was something immediately relevant that didn’t fit into that month’s theme.
This year will therefore bring a shift regarding my approach to the blog. Since the intent of this blog is to inform and inspire while also adding some levity wherever possible, I will continue to post about when I learn of something fun or downright funky. Overarching topics will include: music, training tips, recipes, and community.
I will also look to my readers to contribute their thoughts about what works and what doesn’t work in their daily routines and how they’ve found success.
