Monday Munchies: Homemade Terra Chips from Vintage Chica

If you’re sensing a pattern that “munchies” often equals “crunchies,” you’re right.

What I’ve learned through trying various recipes is that by adding a little bit of olive oil and some seasoning (salt, pepper, whatever) to taste, almost anything can be roasted in the oven.
For those of you who like  a variety while you crunch, this homemade terra chip recipe from Vintage Chica is a great way to integrate root vegetables into your day.
