Stick (It) To Your Workout Wednesday

While it may be a short work week for many because of this week’s celebration of Martin Luther King Day, hopefully you were able to stick to workouts for the last week.

If so, what do you feel most proud about? Did you add an extra mile to your run? Do extra reps in your least favorite exercise at the gym?

Lost the 20th pound today. Super jazzed. Also squeezed in a yoga workout.
