Monday Munchies: Ideas For When A Snack Attack Hits

Snacking is a regular topic here on the Words to Sweat by blog because well, when done right, it can be a great way to get the nutrients you need at the time you need them.

Some previous snack suggestions included kale chips and roasted chickpeas, but these were only the tip of the snack-berg.

When you snack and what you snack on is dependent on so many things, so when I found Jill Weisenberger’s article talking about 9 Ideas for Healthy Snacking I thought it was a great way to address both aspects of eating as healthy as you can when a snack attack hits.
