Would you sign up to pay more gym fees based on your (in)ability to stick to your workout schedule? Gym-Pact in Boston is trying out this business model – where participants pay more if they miss their scheduled workouts.

I guess this is a new way of putting your money where your mouth is – or maybe we should say your money where your motivation is?
