And what better than a Words to Sweat by mantra workout towel to help you wipe your brow while you sweat it all out – not only during your workout, but also while anxiously watching your team (hopefully) claim a victory?

  1. My favorite fitness mantra is “No matter how slow you are, you’re lapping everyone still on the couch.” This means a lot to me, since I’m very slow going and get discouraged easily because of that.

  2. I have a bunch of mantras to help me stay motivated. But I think my favorite one is actually a movie quote (from “Galaxy Quest”). They are:

    Never give up! Never surrender!

  3. My favorite fitness mantra is, “Pain is weakness leaving the body”. When I start to hurt and want to give up, I always say that to myself and I push through the rest of my workout. Sometimes it’s only mind over matter 🙂

  4. Put Your Heart Into it! That is my favorite because I believe that is how you give your all!! (;

  5. My favorite fitness mantra, albeit short, is “You can do anything you set your mind to” (from Eminem’s “Lose Yourself,” of course). I listened to that song over and over during my first half marathon, and I swear that phrase is what carried me to the finish line!

  6. 2 of my favourite mantras since I’ve started getting into shape and losing weight are:

    “I can and I will” (which I thought of this morning when I told myself that skipping my workout today wouldn’t be bad, and that I couldn’t get out of bed to workout… alas, it was one of my best workouts to date!)

    “What you eat in private you wear in public” (this one has stuck with me through all the weak moments when stress and life pushes towards the chocolate and chips, and I push back with a walk)

  7. I always say to myself – “Finish Strong” especially when I’m running. It reminds me not to slack off at the end, but to give it all I have (or have left in some cases!)

  8. Never give up, you are stronger than you think! and “If you deserve commitment from anyone, it’s yourself.”

  9. I want to inspire as many people as possible so my fav :

    2nd is It doesn’t get easier you get stronger!
