When the temperature drops, there is nothing better than something that warms you up but doesn’t weigh you down and soup is just the answer.
There are so many things that can be made into soup or thrown into soup. For the simplest of soups, you just need chicken or vegetable stock and whatever random veggies you feel like throwing in along with your preferred herbs and spices.
Here are some recipes to get you started:
- From House of Annie – Pork Daikon Soup with Red Dates and Carrots
- Steamy Kitchen – Japanese Miso Ramen Noodle Soup (make sure you slurp good and loud when eating the noodles!)
- The Gracious Pantry – Clean Eating Curried Sweet Potato Soup
